Cook fresh raw meat or fish at a lit fire.

| Base work time | 60 turns with a frying pan, 70 with a pot or 130 without either. |
| Supplies | One Split fuel and one raw cut, or two raw cuts when a usable pan and two fresh cuts are available. |
| Requirements and choices | Have a lit fire within two tiles. A pan cooks one remaining cut when there is only one. Fish keep their identity in the cooked food. |
| Work quote | The menu includes your current body penalties and the selected tool condition. The quoted duration and any fire-lighting roll are saved when work starts. |
