| Use | Holds 200 water. When selected as the boiling vessel at a lit fire, it treats up to 200 water per job across carried containers. It also cooks cuts. |
| Limits | It starts empty, and boiling takes fuel and time. |
| Work time | Listed turn counts are base work. Fatigue, cold, wetness, hunger, low body reserves and tool condition can increase the time. |
| Boiling vessel order | Boiling selects the first usable pot or bowl in carried-item order. If a bowl comes first, the finished batch is limited to 60 water even when the quote says 200. Put the pot first for its larger batch. |
