Base effect
Restores 15 HP and 30 hunger. Gives Well Fed for 450 turns. It holds hunger steady and restores up to 2 HP every 20 turns. With hunger and thirst on, recovery needs food and water. Vampires need blood. Recovery stops while you're downed. Hunger and thirst values are for mortal characters in Adventure and stop at your maximum.
Meal replacement
Eating this replaces the buffs from your previous meal or table cheese. Gear buffs and buffs from cheeses that restore no hunger remain active.
