Lingering effect

Press this spell with the Sporecloud Wheel recipe after learning a Rot tier 2 blueprint. The press needs 1 Arcane Curd and the recipe's added ingredients.
Finding the wheel
Random spell drops can include it when their spell tier limit reaches 2. A particular drop is not guaranteed.
