Lingering effect
After the cast, the cloud starts with 4 damage per turn before wheel quality and target defences and reapplies Melted for 4 turns. The zone reapplies only Melted.

Press this spell with the Magma Reserve recipe after learning a Heat tier 3 blueprint. The press needs 1 Arcane Curd and the recipe's added ingredients.
Finding the wheel
Random spell drops can include it when their spell tier limit reaches 3. A particular drop is not guaranteed.
