Lingering effect
After the cast, the cloud starts with 3 damage per turn before wheel quality and target defences and reapplies Melted for 5 turns. The zone reapplies only Melted.
Ignition
Can set surviving targets on fire, applying Blistered for a base 5 turns. This burn deals 2 damage per turn and water puts it out. The spell can ignite flammable ground.
Crafting
This spell has no named pressing recipe. A blueprint bearing its name teaches its family and tier, which can unlock other wheels at the press.
Finding the wheel
Random spell drops can include it when their spell tier limit reaches 2. A particular drop is not guaranteed.
