Shattering bolt
After the bolt lands, it also hits creatures within 1 tile of the aim point. A creature already hit by the bolt is not hit twice by this burst.
Crafting
Press this spell with the Glacial Reserve recipe after learning a Cold tier 3 blueprint. The press needs 1 Arcane Curd and the recipe's added ingredients.
Finding the wheel
Random spell drops can include it when their spell tier limit reaches 3. A particular drop is not guaranteed.
