Terroir trances and the colony chronicle

A skilled crafter can enter a terroir trance and ask for a particular workshop and materials. Read their activity and the Chronicle to see what they need. They must reach the station, collect the supplies and carry them back before work can begin.

A requested ingredient can be made at the claimed station while the crafter waits. A batch already under way finishes before the crafter reserves the materials for the trance. Check protected reserves and storage access when a demand remains unmet.

A pedestal displays an artifact or named wheel held in connected storage. Take it off a settler and let it reach storage first if the display order cannot find it. To engrave stone, smooth it first, then order Engrave once the Chronicle has something to record.
