| Pin control | Never snaps. Use Feel to display a certain direction, then push that way to set one pin. It does not automatically set all pins or remove the action budget. |
| Binding limit | Master picks bend rather than break. When binding forces a bend, torque falls to 94. Ease removes 15 points. |
| Spending the tool | Successful opening, cancellation and time running out do not consume it. |
| Settlement shops | Shadowmongers at shop tier 3 offer base price 75 gold and one in stock. Tier 4 offers 65 gold and two. Higher normal shop tiers use that same tier 4 row. Vendor price modifiers and earlier purchases still apply. |
Base effect
Used when picking a lock. Master picks reveal each pin’s direction and do not snap.
