Bond crew relationship
A strong tie with shared loss or remembered battles behind it.
| Mode | Adventure workers. These are ties between crewmates. |
|---|---|
| When this label applies | A relationship score of at least 70, with a retained history of losing the same town or repeatedly fighting side by side. |
| Score limits | The relationship score stays between -100 and 100 and can include fractions. The biography rounds the number it displays, while the actual label and effects use the unrounded score. |
| Starting ties | Newly hired workers start no higher than 60, so this label needs later changes. |
| Time together | Eligible shared time can change the score. Working beside one another and being idle on a campfire or hearth give extra growth. Nearby assigned cottages also give repeated checks near the start of the day cycle. |
| Crew morale | A recorded tie at this score adds 1 crew morale, up to 10 from all qualifying recorded ties. The two sides of a mutual tie can each count. Ties with departed workers can still count. |
| Leaving with a friend | If the other worker quits, a human crewmate at this score has a 5% chance to leave too. They must still be on the active roster. This is not triggered by dismissing the other worker. |
| When the other worker dies | A witnessed death can give a painful memory. Its base intensity rises with the relationship score. Other memories and traits still affect the final mood. |
| Remembered history | Each tie keeps up to 6 history marks and 8 recent relationship events. Adding more can remove the oldest. Losing a required history mark can change the label even when the score stays the same. |
| Finding the ties | Choose View biography for a worker. Closest lists up to 5 living ties at scores of 35 or more. Wary of lists up to 3 at -25 or less. Departed lists up to 3 ties to workers outside the current roster. Other ties can exist without appearing in those groups. |
