Toad Rain
Attempts to drop 3 to 6 harmless toads onto open ground. The toads cannot land inside roofs or enclosed rooms. Event toads leave when the event timer expires.

| Starting cooldown | 600 to 999 overworld turns, counted down in 50-turn checks. This is not a promised repeat interval. |
| Initial timer | 150 turns. Event cleanup is checked every 50 turns. |
