Dominion: The Drowned Stair
When the required destination is available: Defeat the guardian of the dungeon marked in your objective. If that target was already cleared, accepting the quest marks it complete so you can still claim its reward. If no suitable destination is available: Defeat 8 hostile creatures in Brinehold territory. Outdoor kills use the defeated creature's position. Dungeon kills use the dungeon entrance. Passive creatures do not count. The actual destination comes from your current world and quest marker. Accepted stages keep their assigned destination across later rebuilds. The standing gate uses how many stages of this questline you have handed in. A cleared dungeon can let the offer sequence advance before its hand-in, so the gate can be lower than the usual stage threshold shown here.
