Healing and shielding with war cheese

Tend helps one chosen friend. Gather helps you and nearby friends. Trace follows a straight path, stopping at walls. Relay starts with your chosen friend and jumps to other friends nearby.

Your heart herb decides whether the main effect heals, shields or cleanses. The same herb can do something different when used in a rind working. Check the wheel preview after changing the working.

Support can reach living players, active pets, hired soldiers, your summons and eligible peaceful creatures. It cannot revive someone who is downed or dead. Passive animals and livestock can be healed or cleansed, but do not receive Rinded shield.

Gather spreads its healing across the wounded friends it reaches. Each extra wounded friend reduces the base healing, down to its minimum. Shielding does not use that reduction. A cast with no useful healing, shielding or cleansing is refused before you spend Manna.
