Patrol Vampire Hunter
| Joining a patrol | After an eligible road patrol attempt, there is a 20% attachment roll if another Vampire Hunter is already present and at least one party member is a vampire. |
|---|---|
| Starting attributes | 40 health, 8 ordinary melee damage, 4 armour and speed 1 before local frontier scaling. |
| Hunting vampires | Begins hunting when the character whose creature turn is running is a vampire within 12 tiles, including diagonals. This detection does not check line of sight, so walls do not stop it. |
| Losing the signal | After losing the vampire signal, it gives up on its fifth hunter action without that signal. Until then it can keep chasing and striking the current turn character, including a mortal party member. |
| Vampire damage | Its ordinary melee damage gains 50% against a vampire, rounded to the nearest whole point before defence. |
| Frontier strength | Local danger tier increases health, melee damage and its existing armour. Its special 12-tile detection radius stays the same. |
