Effect	Your rival's cellar ages by 2 at the end of each of their next 1 turn, unless chilled. Reapplying Damp keeps the longer remaining duration.
Target	No single wheel target
Turn cost	Ends your turn. Your cellar then ages, your turn clock decreases by 1, and you draw 1 card if deck and hand space allow.
Use requirement	Your rival has an occupied shelf or at least one card in hand.
