Large Chest
Container capacity counts stacks rather than the total number of units. Its name does not set a special filter for manual deposits.
| Mode | Adventure. |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 20 stack slots. A matching stack can accept more even when every slot is occupied. |
| What you can store | Uses the same manual deposit rules as other storage types. A Bookshelf can hold other items, and a Weapon Rack is not restricted to weapons. Separate quality, freshness, charge and origin details can require separate stacks. |
| Auto-stow | Adds matching stackable goods to stacks already inside. It does not use empty slots for a new kind. Retained pack stacks and retained destination rows are skipped. |
| Stash mats | Moves eligible materials and plants, joining stacks or opening free slots. Retained pack stacks and carried tools stay in the pack. Other item types are not swept by this button. |
| Larger replacements | Storeroom (40 slots) |
| Replacing it | On the overworld, place a container with more slots over one you placed. Pay the new container’s ordinary building cost, then receive the old container’s demolition refund. Stored items move across. Any excess is dropped on the ground. |
| Old-container refund in Adventure | 3 Wood, 1 Stone, 1 Gold |
| Wayfarer’s Whey | Can receive Wayfarer’s Whey shipments when recorded within 25 horizontal and vertical steps in total from the acting player’s home campfire. Matching stacks are filled before free slots, then nearer containers are preferred. |
