Read, carried and missing volumes

The book collection groups 306 current volumes into 19 series. A tick marks a volume you have read. A question mark marks a carried volume you have not read. A volume you have neither read nor carry appears as ???. Books left in a chest do not count as carried here.

First readings and reading again

Open a carried book from your inventory for its first reading. You can also read a book on a reachable shelf without taking it. Once read, that volume can be opened again from the collection. Opening a duplicate copy or reading it again does not give another first-reading reward.

Series progress and separate book images

A series completes when every current volume in its list has been read. Owning the whole set is not enough. The collection tab shows its name, read count and completion mark. Current volumes share the carried-book image, with rarity colouring. The series pages link to their current volumes, but those links do not promise that a particular shelf or trader holds the set.
