Argued with me
A reason one Fortress settler holds about another. It changes personal regard while it remains, separately from memories and shared time.
| Mode | Fortress with life stories enabled. |
|---|---|
| Base initial personal regard | −4 |
| Base fading duration | 3 in-game days. Its value falls towards zero throughout this time. |
| Who holds it | Both settlers gain this reason after the first argument in the quarrel ladder. |
| Nature and scale | Grudging doubles the fading duration. Forgiving halves it. Any effect-specific scale applies to its strength. |
| Repeated reason | Adds the new worth to what remains, up to twice the adjusted initial worth, and starts its full duration again. |
| Sours shared company | This reason does not itself sour shared company. |
| Personal capacity | A settler retains up to 6 reason kinds about each other person. The weakest current absolute value is removed first, with the oldest removed on equal strength. |
| Separate from a memory | Does not itself add morale or work pace. The resulting relationship can change nearby company effects. A matching memory, if retained, has its own effect. |
